I was greeted with a smile and a great attitude by Lisa at the front desk. My

Michitti also explained everything he was doing and why. Felt like I was part of the family.
You can tell their top priority was me, the patient” –Jason Geromini Great experience here. After a poor diagnosis from another dentist, I came here
on a referral. The doctor has great knowledge and experience, and put my mind at ease. He's someone I
trust 100% and has done great work. The entire office is professional and welcoming.” –John Regish I have been going to Lifetime Dental for over 20 years. I trust only them with
my teeth! My teeth and mouth are very sensitive, and I'm always surprised at how pain free they make
cleanings and fillings. Everyone in the office is kind, polite, and knowledgeable. Naomi is my

Preventive Care for a Healthy Smile
First things first—Dr. Michitti must ensure that you have a healthy mouth and strong teeth. Your part of this is
attending regular dental checkups every six months.
At these visits, Dr. Michitti and his staff will examine the condition of your teeth and gums and perform a thorough
dental cleaning. The dentist will probe each tooth to find soft spots of enamel that may indicate the start of a
cavity. We’ll also compare annual digital x-rays to see if there is any decay happening below the surface or if
there is a crack that has begun to penetrate the structure of a tooth.
During the professional cleaning, we remove surface stains, plaque and bits of tartar. Both plaque and tartar contain
the bacteria that can lead to gum disease. This bacterial infection may not only destroy gums and the underlying bones
that support your teeth, but also can be a link to diabetes, high blood pressure and other general health issues.
Restorative Treatment for a Whole Smile
If Dr. Michitti discovers a problem during one of your checkups, then he will recommend a restorative service. Whether
your tooth needs to be repaired, rebuilt or even replaced, Lifetime Dental offers the treatment you need. Our
restorative dentistry services include:
Dental crowns and bridges. A crown, also know as cap, covers a tooth that has been damaged by severe
decay or injury. These can be used individually or in combination with false teeth in order to create a bridge that
fills a gap in your smile.
Tooth-colored fillings. When you have a cavity, Dr. Michitti will remove the decayed portion of your
tooth and fill the space with composite resin material that is shaded to match the remaining structure.
Partial and full dentures. A partial denture consists of a small metal frame and one, two or three
false teeth. Clips or brackets hook onto adjacent teeth to hold the partial in place.
Full dentures have a gum-colored base that supports an entire row of false teeth. Your dentures can be removable or
implant-supported for greater security.
Dental Implants. This tooth replacement is the most lifelike, providing both a new tooth root and
crown. Dr. Michitti has received special training in the oral surgery required to correctly position an implant in the
